Refund & Return Policy

Returns
We do not offer refunds on our Custom Display Items. If there is any damage to the Display when you receive it or you are not satisfied with how the Display looks, we offer a 30 day return policy (from date of receipt) to repair or replace the damaged Display or to redo the Display as instructed. If the return is within the 30 day window, we will pay any return shipping charges, repair or redo the Display to your satisfaction at no charge, and reship the Custom Display back to you free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, the Custom Display Item must be in the same condition you received it and be returned to us in the original packaging. Please call us at 979.968.9845 or email us at sales@sportsframes.com before you return any item.

Gift Certificates are exempt from being returned, and any Custom Display Item not returned within 30 days of receipt of item, will not be eligible for the Free Return Policy stated above.

Refunds 
We offer a no questions asked return and refund policy on all Non Custom Display Items bought on this site. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that the refund process has started. Please contact us via email at sales@sportsframes.com or call us at 979.968.9845 before returning any Non Custom Display Item.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
